Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation


• Monitor client condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals


• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare staff

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills


• Ability to pass background checks


• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
