Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-hour visits specializing in medication setup. This role involves assisting clients with their medication management to ensure proper adherence and support in their daily health routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication setup and administration during 1-hour visits


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team


• Assist clients with personal care needs as required


• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress


• Follow established care plans and protocols to ensure client safety and well-being

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Michigan


• Experience with medication management and setup


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate care


• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Ecorse, MI
