Job Description - Personal Care Aide - Montross

📢 Now Hiring: CNA/NA/PCA for In-Home Personal Care 🌟 Male Client - 9am - 5pm

📍 Location: AmeriCare Plus – Northern Neck Agency
1251 Tappahannock Boulevard | Tappahannock, VA 22560
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
Provide medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping duties
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Requirements:

CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA interest)
Prior experience in home care or similar setting preferred
Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license
SS card & 2 professional references
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
