Personal Care Assistant

Join University Home Care Inc as a Personal Care Assistant providing compassionate and reliable support to individuals in need. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.


• Provide support with mobility and transferring as needed.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.


• Monitor and document client health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to supervisors.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client quality of life.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a personal care or similar role preferred.


• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.


• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.


• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to client care.


• Must be able to pass required background checks.
