Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendants to provide exceptional support and care to our clients in Rochester Hills, MI. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and promote independence.


• Prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Document care services provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.


• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Rochester Hills, MI.


• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy with a strong desire to help others.
