Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide essential support to clients in Chelsea, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and support to clients throughout their day.


• Help with light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising caregiver or medical professional.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.


• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus .


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
