Location

This role is fully on-site in Columbus, OH, offering the chance to immerse yourself in a collaborative office environment.

Note

Must have 1+ years of personal injury law experience; strong candidates with 2+ years preferred. This role requires being onsite; hybrid or remote arrangements are not available.

Job Description

• Manage cases from intake through trial with full ownership.
• Conduct client consultations, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with medical experts, co-counsel, and support staff to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
• Advocate in court as needed, including motions and trial appearances.

Qualifications

• 1+ years personal injury legal experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible to transfer license.
