Location:

Hybrid opportunity based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and workplace flexibility.

Note:

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and have at least 1 year of personal injury law experience representing either plaintiffs or defendants.

Job Description

• Represent clients throughout all phases of personal injury matters.
• Manage and develop case strategy with guidance from experienced attorneys.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions as experience allows.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide outstanding client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Oklahoma Bar license.
• 1+ year of personal injury law experience on either the plaintiff or defense side.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Motivated, professional, and client-focused.
• Litigation experience is a plus but not required.
