  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

  Proficiency in legal research tools and technology

  
  

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• 
  

  Overseeing day-to-day management of caseload and directing support staff

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and executing discovery plans, including propounding and responding to discovery, drafting Meet and Confer letters, and Motion to Compel

  
  


• 
  

  Drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions, including Motions for Summary Judgment

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting party, witness, and expert depositions

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting legal research and investigations

  
  


• 
  

  Attending court hearings and arguing motions

  
  


• 
  

  Meeting with clients.
