Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Location: Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity, with an initial in-office period designed to help you integrate with our litigation team and become eligible for a hybrid schedule after six months.

Note: Candidates must have an active Texas Bar license in good standing, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Trial experience and trucking or commercial motor vehicle litigation experience are highly valued.

Job Description

• Manage a full personal injury litigation caseload from lawsuit filing through settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategy, draft discovery, take and defend depositions, negotiate resolutions, and prepare cases for trial.
• Advocate directly for clients while communicating effectively with adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and collaborate with a litigation team of five or more professionals.
• Handle complex motor vehicle accident matters and build expertise in trucking and commercial vehicle litigation.
• Apply strong judgment and attention to detail while independently moving cases forward.
• Support pre-litigation case management and settlement negotiations when needed.
• Supervise and mentor team members while maintaining high standards of performance and client service.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Strong deposition, discovery, negotiation, legal research, writing, and client communication skills.
• Experience supervising or leading legal team members.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, or comparable legal research platforms.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Trucking or commercial motor vehicle litigation experience preferred.

• 5 to 6 years: $150K to $175K 
• 7 to 9 years: $175K to $200K
