Location: Pikesville, MD. This is an on-site position offering daily collaboration with our attorneys and litigation team. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to our Pikesville office.

Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of litigation legal support experience. Personal injury litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of personal injury litigation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Organize medical records, case files, exhibits, discovery materials, and litigation documents.
• Assist with case development, investigations, and preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Track court deadlines, discovery dates, appointments, and other important case milestones.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and other parties.
• Help attorneys prepare settlement packages, exhibits, and materials for negotiations and trial.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files.
• Provide proactive litigation support across a busy personal injury caseload.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation legal support experience.
• Paralegal or comparable hands-on litigation support experience.
• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, case files, and trial preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working on-site as part of a collaborative legal team.
