Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive full-time Paralegal to manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives when given autonomy and is capable of working independently without constant supervision. You will be a primary point of contact for clients, meaning kindness, patience, and a service-oriented mindset are essential to your success here.

Key Responsibilities



  • Case Management: Oversee personal injury files, maintain strict deadlines, and ensure case progression under attorney supervision.


  • Client & Third-Party Communication: Act as a compassionate liaison for clients. Routinely communicate with insurance companies, defense counsel, and medical providers to gather records and resolve issues.


  • Demand Packages: Draft, organize, and write comprehensive demand letters and packages for insurance evaluation.


  • Legal Documentation: Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.


  • Filing & Organization: Manage court filings and maintain meticulously organized digital and physical case files.


Qualifications & Skills



  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated personal injury paralegal experience is strictly required.


  • Independence: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize a diverse workload, and work independently.


  • Tech Stack:



    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


    • Hands-on experience with Clio case management software.


    • Experience with InfoTrack is a strong plus.



  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


  • Languages: Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred, though not required.


  • Core Attributes: Highly organized, dependable, proactive, and deeply empathetic.


Compensation

Pay Rate: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour DOE
