Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Location: Rockville Centre, New York. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with attorneys and team members in a collaborative and professional office environment.

Note: Candidates must have at least 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience and be comfortable managing files in a fast-paced plaintiff-side practice.

Job Description

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and supporting case documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and experts.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case-related events.
• Maintain case files and track deadlines to ensure timely progression of matters.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, and settlement packages.
• Provide outstanding client service and regular case updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience required.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury case management and litigation procedures.
• Experience with medical records, discovery, and case documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.
