Location: Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering the opportunity to collaborate directly with colleagues and play an active role in the team's success.

Note: We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on personal injury pre-litigation case management experience and fluency in Spanish. Candidates must have direct experience managing personal injury cases, not primarily intake, legal assistance, or litigation experience. Current law school students are not eligible.

Job Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal injury pre-litigation case managers to support outstanding performance and client service.
• Oversee case inventories, review files, and identify opportunities to move cases forward efficiently.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and help case managers strengthen their skills and performance.
• Monitor case progress, treatment issues, medical records, insurance claims, demands, liens, and settlements.
• Review case audits, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistent follow-through on action items.
• Step in to resolve complex case issues, escalated client concerns, and challenging situations requiring additional guidance.
• Partner with attorneys, legal assistants, and firm leadership to improve processes and maintain high standards.
• Support the onboarding and training of case managers while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on personal injury pre-litigation case management experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle, including medical treatment, insurance claims, negotiations, and settlements.
• Experience with legal case management software required.
• Previous experience supervising, training, mentoring, or coaching case managers strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting file audits and managing team performance is a plus.
• Familiarity with Filevine is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, provide constructive feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must not be currently enrolled in law school.
