Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide exceptional care during evening shifts in Allenton, MI. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status


• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors


• Offer companionship and emotional support during evening hours

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar care role preferred but not required


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently during evening shifts


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset


• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with company policies
