Overview
Looking for an opportunity to be a part of a team while helping others to reach their potential? We are seeking motivating individuals who love to teach and are ready to join our ambitious team to become our next Shine Fitness Coach

Responsibilities include: Coaching Clients to Shine (70 -- 90% of time)

• We work together as a team to schedule and conduct fitness intake appointments with new clients, perform fitness assessments including body fat composition, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular functions and develop an exercise program for our clients based on the fitness assessment and the client's personal goals and then instruct clients by demonstrating safe and proper technique while holding them accountable to their goals.

Attaining New Shine Clients (0 -- 20% of time)

• Be ready to present our personal training options to clients and demonstrate the value of the programs, assist in club promotions and events where applicable and contribute, as requested by the owner, in all revenue generating activities to include, but not limited to, seminars, workshops, trade shows, body fat booths, etc. Work together with the team to meet the minimum monthly revenue goals.

Administration / Misc. (10% of time)

• Design client programs, Maintain client training records/files, Gain familiarity in Shine Fitness policies, procedures, departments and activities, assist in implementing Shine Fitness policies and procedures, work together to maintain a clean, neat and organized club.

Education, Certification & Experience Preferred but not necessary. A shining personality is mandatory
