Pest Control Supervisor

Best Home and Property Services, a regional leader in the pest control and termite industry, is looking for a highly motivated coach and mentor to lead our service team. Our service team help our customers with pest and termite problems, as well as provide our customers with solutions that they need to protect their homes.

Best Home and Property’s purpose is to redefine the pest control and termite industry by pushing beyond the status quo and providing our customers with a remarkable experience.

Manage the service team, including training, coaching, and counseling employees, as well as planning, monitoring and appraising job performance.

Communicate regularly with employees

Perform ride along performance checks

Teach and coach on sales

Ensure our customers have a remarkable experience

2+ years of management

Pest Control experience preferred but not required.

Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and backgrund check
