What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
• Apply safe, effective pest control treatments and follow all regulations
• Build relationships with customers and clearly explain services
• Manage a regular service route and maintain detailed digital records
• Represent our brand professionally in the field
• Help fine-tune protocols and set the standard for how we operate

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed pest control technician (Massachusetts certification required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience preferred
• Self-starter who thrives independently but works well with a team
• Comfortable in the field, solving real problems outdoors
• Great communicator with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check

What We Offer

• $21–$30/hr depending on experience
• 8% commission on field sales + bonuses
