What You’ll Do

As a Pest Management Service Technician, you’ll work independently in the field while building strong relationships with customers and helping protect their homes and businesses from pests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and potential concerns


• Developing and implementing effective pest management solutions


• Applying pest control products safely and responsibly in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations


• Educating customers on treatment plans and ways to help prevent future pest activity


• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation


• Providing professional, courteous, and dependable customer service


• Maintaining your company vehicle, equipment, and supplies


• Participating in ongoing training, safety programs, and team meetings


• Attending annual training meetings and company training events held at off-site locations as required

Who You Are

We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated professionals who enjoy solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership of their work.

Qualifications include:

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic


• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record


• High school diploma or GED


• Ability and willingness to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays as needed


• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including a drug screen, physical, background check, and driving record review


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation in accordance with federal Form I-9 requirements


• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Pest management is an active, hands-on position. Technicians should be comfortable working in a variety of environments and conditions, including:

• Working in tight or confined spaces, such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, and passageways


• Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather and climate conditions, with appropriate company-provided weather gear


• Performing frequent physical activity, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling


• Performing the essential functions of the position safely, with or without reasonable accommodation
