This company buys generic medications directly from manufacturers in bulk and sells wholesale to medical offices that administer treatments like chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, and diagnostic imaging medications. This is a high-energy, phone-first sales environment where relationship-building and persistence directly translate into earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective medical office accounts


• Identify decision-makers and pitch competitive pricing, fast turnaround, and superior service


• Convert leads into active, ordering customers

Account Management

• Maintain and grow relationships with an existing customer base


• Proactively follow up on reorders and identify opportunities to expand product lines within accounts


• Respond to customer pricing requests and negotiate to retain business

Sales Operations

• Meet daily outreach targets across calls, emails, and texts


• Track and manage a rotating pipeline of leads across multiple market segments


• Coordinate with backend teams on order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking inquiries

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required — full training provided


• Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume phone outreach


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow earning potential


• Reliable in-office availability during business hours; occasional availability beyond standard hours to close deals
