The Job

We're a well-established retail pharmacy in Yellow Springs, OH looking for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations. If you're a confident, hands-on pharmacist who knows how to run a smooth shift and keep patients coming back — this is your spot.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

No weekends - No late nights - No holidays

?? Compensation

$60 - $65 / HR (based on experience)

What We're Looking For

Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing

PIC experience or strong readiness to step into the role

Solid retail pharmacy background

Strong leadership, inventory, and patient counseling skills
