We are seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to drive the operational success of pharmacy onboarding, activation, and performance across SiteLabs' national pharmacy network. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, ensuring seamless program execution across our wellness screening and clinical trial recruitment initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a pharmacy-trained professional (Pharmacist or Certified Pharmacy Technician) to lead the onboarding, activation, and ongoing success of pharmacies participating in clinical trial recruitment and screening programs.

This role is highly operational and field-based. You will be responsible for standing up pharmacy sites to execute program workflows, ensuring compliance, training staff, and driving consistent patient recruitment and screening performance over time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person onboarding and training of pharmacy teams on protocols, workflows, and patient identification processes
  • Ensure pharmacies are fully operational and compliant with program requirements at go-live
  • Support setup of workflows including patient screening, documentation, and referral processes
  • Be prepared for frequent travel with short notice (as little as 1 week)

Program Execution & Pharmacy Success

  • Own the ongoing performance of assigned pharmacy sites post-launch
  • Conduct regular virtual check-ins (Zoom) to monitor recruitment activity, screening quality, and operational adherence
  • Ensure pharmacies are consistently executing workflows correctly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot workflow gaps and retrain staff as needed

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Track and improve patient recruitment and screening metrics across pharmacy sites
  • Identify barriers to enrollment and implement solutions to improve outcomes
  • Partner with pharmacies to drive consistent patient flow into clinical trials
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on program performance and operational improvements

Ongoing Engagement & Field Support

  • Conduct routine on-site visits to reinforce training and optimize performance
  • Deliver refresher training on protocols, compliance, and best practices
  • Ensure long-term engagement and retention of pharmacy partners
  • Required: Experience as a Pharmacist or Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and patient workflow
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the U.S., including short-notice travel
  • Strong communication and training skills (in-person and virtual)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple sites, clinical trials,  and programs simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Salary of $55,000–$70,000, based on experience
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 4 weeks paid time off plus 10 paid holidays
  • Equity participation
  • Flexible work environment with the autonomy to make a national impact

This is a 6-month 1099 independent contractor position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
