Position Summary:
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the assigned outpatient specialty pharmacy location. You will promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, accountability, and operational excellence by developing and monitoring measurable performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and implementing solutions that support compliance, accreditation success, and high-quality patient care. Through effective leadership and collaboration, you will foster an environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of specialty pharmacy practice.
You will serve as the primary operational owner for adherence to specialty pharmacy accreditation standards, ensuring all workflows, documentation, and practices consistently meet accrediting body requirements. You will establish and lead the Specialty Pharmacy Oversight Committee to coordinate accreditation governance, monitor requirements, review performance data, and ensure timely completion of action items. In this role, you will maintain ongoing accreditation readiness through structured audits, documentation review, and gap analysis, in collaboration with the accreditation team, and ensure requirements are embedded into daily operations to promote quality improvement and successful accreditation outcomes and high‑quality patient care. In situations where a Site Director is not in place, you will serve as the accountable leader for accreditation activities and outcomes for the specialty pharmacy program.

This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Clearway Health. The current annual compensation range for this position is $146,000 - $182,000. The actual rate within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program as part of its comprehensive and rewarding benefits package.
