The Opportunity:

As a Pharmacy Technician - Front End, you'll accurately enter, process, and prioritize new and refill prescriptions while coordinating with pharmacists, pharmacy teams, Hub programs, patients, and providers to support timely medication access. You'll maintain complete documentation, coordinate medication deliveries, identify and escalate reportable safety events, and perform all work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer requirements, and company policies in a high-volume environment.  

What You'll Do:

Prescription Processing & Prioritization  

• Enter and process new and refill prescriptions in the pharmacy processing system accurately and efficiently.  


• Verify patient information and eligibility, and complete appropriate third-party program processing.  


• Prioritize prescriptions and workload based on patient need, urgency, and established deadlines.  


• Communication & Medication Access  


• Coordinate with pharmacists, pharmacy teams, Hub programs, patients, and providers to resolve prescription-related needs and support timely access to medications.  


• Review patient and provider communications and provide clear, timely workflow updates.  

 Documentation & Delivery Coordination  

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of prescription activities, patient communications, and workflow updates to support reliable patient service and continuity of care.  


• Coordinate medication deliveries with patients and provider offices, including special handling requirements for temperature-sensitive medications.  

 Safety, Quality & Compliance  

• Identify, document, escalate, and report Adverse Events (AE) and Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in accordance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.  


• Review patient and provider communications to identify reportable safety events and maintain complete and accurate safety-related documentation.  


• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, privacy requirements, and company policies.  

 Additional Responsibilities 

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned 

 What You'll Bring:

• Has been a contingent worker at Neovance for 6 months or longer.


• Bachelor's degree, active progress toward a degree, or Pharmacy Technician Certification (RPT or CPhT preferred). Without a degree/certification, a High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of healthcare or pharmacy experience is required. 


• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license in good standing. 


• Active Pharmacy Technician license and RPhT registration in good standing, as required for the role.  


• Knowledge of prescriptions, dosing, and dosage.  


• Experience with data entry and third-party claims processing.  


• trong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems.  


• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.  


• Strong attention to detail.
