Lead Early Intervention Clinician and Coordinator

Full Time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours)

KenCrest is seeking a Lead Early Intervention Clinician and Coordinator to lead all aspects of high-quality, cost-efficient services in the Birth to Five Program in Philadelphia, including carrying a modified caseload (10-12 children) to provide direct services (which include but are not limited to Project ImPACT, etc.). The Lead Early Intervention Clinician and Coordinator supports a culture of collaboration, communication, relationship building, innovation, customer service, and teamwork, utilizes data to make decisions about the program, reporting and presenting the data for program improvements, and leads by example in all aspects of high quality service delivery.

As our Lead Early Intervention Clinician and Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and oversee program operations, systems and process in Philadelphia.
• Lead the implementation of new County (OCDEL) initiatives.
• Model and implement a “Leader-Leader” approach to supervision and support, and lead internal Team Meetings
• Attend County Meetings (Provider Meetings, Interagency Coordinating Council Meetings, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with other departments (Interdependence) to ensure program processes are supported, as well as partner with Referral Manager and Clinical Coordinator to monitor County referral activity while partnering with County Administrators
• Be accountable for leading cost-efficient services in County (Counties) supervising.
• Build relationships with Funders for continued financial strength and development.
• Review fiscal and quality metrics and collaborate and plan with team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Child Education, Special Education or Child Development related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience working with young children with special needs (Birth to 3) and their families (Early Intervention)
• Project ImPACT certified, preferred

**Must be willing to complete certification process within one year of accepting position if not already certified!

• Two (2) years supervisory experience
