LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as a Phlebotomist in Pensacola, FL. 

In this role, you will help provide lifesaving blood products to local hospitals while creating a positive and supportive experience for donors throughout the donation process.

What You’ll Do

• Perform blood collections and donor care procedures 
• Ensure donor eligibility and maintain safety standards 
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the donation process 
• Accurately document donor information 
• Support donor recruitment and scheduling efforts 
• Assist with mobile blood drive operations as needed 
• Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to serving the community 

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work flexible schedules 
• Basic computer proficiency 
• Valid driver’s license 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Previous customer service experience preferred 
• CDL holders encouraged to apply
