Board: Board Certified (No BE)

Licenses: Active MI License

Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform face-to-face patient evaluations within 24 hours of admission

Conduct daily rounding on inpatient rehab unit

Manage consults and admissions

Participate in scheduled team conferences (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Complete required documentation including discharge summaries, IPOCS, and care plans
