Physical Security and Operational resiliency Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Execute security assurance assessments in line with established standards.
  

• Deliver PSS and OR services across entities in an effective, timely, and professional manner.
  

• Manage resource allocation across different projects and ensure contractual commitments (SLAs) are met.
  

• Coordinate and develop domain -specific training and awareness programs on physical security and operational resiliency.
  

• Contribute to the governance, monitoring, and improvement of the Shared Security Services Center.
  

• Promote cross -functional collaboration and innovation to enhance service capability, efficiency, and performance.
  

Profil

Profile Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bac+5 (Master’s degree) in Networks and Security.
  

• Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications such as CPP, PCI, Wiklander Zulawski, CBCP, TAPA, or equivalent.
  

• Skills and Attributes:
  

  • Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken).
    

  • High level of ethics, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
    

  • Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
    

  • Flexibility, intercultural sensitivity, and ability to operate in a matrix organization.
