The position requires a flexible schedule, including the possibility of working nights, weekends, and holidays, as it's part of a 24/7 operation. The responsibilities encompass day -to -day support operations, responding to various service requests, programming and technical project activities, and adherence to standard procedures for issue escalation. The team also values candidates with experience in scripting languages like PowerShell, knowledge of networking basics, project management skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships. Additionally, expertise in physical security systems and AWS, as well as relevant certifications, are considered advantageous.
