The Physical Therapist ensures precise documentation of patient progress and delivers education to families to support continued care outside the facility.
  

The Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have an active Physical Therapist License
  


• Must have previous PT experience, preferably in inpatient setting
