Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Location: Portland Air National Guard Base (PANG), Oregon

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide injury prevention services and patient education.
Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care.
Maintain clinical records and follow-up with patients.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in physical therapy (Doctorate preferred).
Valid state physical therapy license and relevant certifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports medicine.
