Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit in Hays, KS. In this role, you will work closely with patients to evaluate their conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and guide them on their journey to recovery. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients’ conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies to promote recovery.
• Educate nursing staff and families on follow-through care to ensure sustained progress.
• Communicate patient progress or concerns with the Program Director and other team members.
• Document patient care in compliance with licensing, regulatory, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and handle responsibilities per company standards and federal/state laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in an inpatient rehab setting.
