Physical Therapist

Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and illnesses, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function. You will be responsible for developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercise, massage, and other therapeutic modalities

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, pain management, and other relevant topics

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

- State licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
