Location: Edison, NJ (Full-Time)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary
This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who values clinical structure and outcome-based care. You will assess movement impairments, create targeted treatment strategies, and provide skilled therapy that supports recovery and long-term function. Clear documentation and patient communication are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, establish goals, and outline a plan of care
• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Use therapeutic exercise and functional training to improve strength and mobility
• Provide manual therapy as clinically appropriate
• Monitor outcomes, update documentation, and adjust plans as needed
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, or other providers when required
• Maintain professional standards for safety, ethics, and documentation

• DPT degree (or equivalent PT education) from an accredited institution
• Active PT license in New Jersey (required)
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates considered
• Comfortable managing a caseload and documenting efficiently
