About the Role
The Physical Therapist will provide patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy services, educate patients, and monitor progress from the first visit through discharge.

Salary
New Graduates: $65,000–$70,000 per year
Experienced PTs: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience

Preferred Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week
Alternative Schedule: Monday–Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
Evaluate patient movement, pain, strength, balance, mobility, and functional ability
Create individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
Provide physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility training, balance work, and functional rehabilitation
Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe activity modifications
Track progress and adjust plans of care when clinically appropriate
Document evaluations, daily visits, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT
Work with PTAs and clinical team members to support patient care
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Ability to work professionally with patients across different ages and conditions
