Physical Therapist

A hospital in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a mid-level Physical Therapist to join its clinical team in an on-site capacity. This in-person role requires regular presence at a designated facility location. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The Physical Therapist will deliver direct patient care consistent with established clinical standards and individualized treatment plans. Core duties include evaluating patients, building personalized therapy programs, and guiding patients toward meaningful functional goals within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in line with clinical standards and treatment protocols


• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments


• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each patient


• Progress patients toward functional goals throughout the course of care


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and patient outcomes


• Collaborate within a hospital setting to support overall patient recovery

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri required (must obtain prior to start)


• Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required


• Current CPR certification required


• Hospital experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting preferred
