Pay: $82,500 – $95,000 per year, plus performance bonus 

About the Role

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hendersonville is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist who wants to grow. You'll work directly alongside a clinic owner who is also a practicing PT, in a collaborative, mentorship-focused clinic specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care


• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment


• Treat balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions


• Mentor and support clinic team members


• Partner with clinic leadership on growth and performance goals


• Complete timely, accurate documentation


• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness


• Help build a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain)


• DPT or equivalent physical therapy degree


• Leadership, mentorship, or clinical instructor experience preferred


• Vestibular or neuro experience a plus, but not required


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ownership mindset and strong work ethic
