Job Description - Physical Therapist

Love Treating Patients? Build a Career Around It.

At North Boulder Physical Therapy (NBPT), we believe a rewarding PT career is built on clinical autonomy, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

We're a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice serving Colorado communities since 1980. We're looking for passionate clinicians who want to continue developing their expertise while building a long-term career focused on patient care.

Why Join NBPT?

  • Clinical Autonomy – Use your expertise and clinical judgment to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

  • Unlimited Continuing Education Reimbursement – Plus a $500 travel stipend.

  • Up to $12,000 in Fellowship Reimbursement – Support for advanced clinical training and specialization.

  • Caseload-Based Performance Incentives – Opportunities to increase your total annual earnings to $100,000, depending on performance.

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus – For eligible hires.

  • $10,000 in Tax-Free Student Loan Repayment – Over five years for eligible employees.

  • 17 Days of PTO – In your first year, increasing with tenure.

  • 40-Minute Appointment Model – A consistent scheduling structure for patient care.

Focus on What You Love: Treating Patients

Work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, including sports injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Collaborate with other skilled clinicians while continuing to develop your expertise in manual therapy, dry needling, sports rehabilitation, and orthopedic care.

At NBPT, professional growth doesn't have to mean moving into management. We support clinicians who want to deepen their skills and build fulfilling careers in direct patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000–$88,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually, including eligible Caseload-Based Performance Incentives. Incentive earnings are not guaranteed.

Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer HSA contributions, 401(k) with immediately vested employer matching, and relocation assistance.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

  • Colorado PT license or eligibility for licensure

  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

  • Interest in continued clinical development and collaboration
