Our established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our high-quality care team. Core Responsibilities
Perform detailed patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Supervise and mentor PTAs to maintain consistency in care delivery
Maintain a caseload of approximately 13 patient visits per day
Educate patients and caregivers on goals, progress, and at-home programs
Adapt treatment plans to ensure ongoing patient improvement
Accurately document all visits in the EMR system in a timely manner
Collaborate with referring providers and contribute to clinical meetings
Stay compliant with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirements
Qualifications
Required:
Active or pending Arizona Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a patient-centered approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Preferred:
Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience
Interest in leadership and PTA mentorship
