Physical Therapist (Director) Katonah NY
$95K – $125K+ Bonus + Profit Sharing | 4- or 5-day work week
We’re seeking a Physical Therapy Director to lead our Katonah NY clinic. This is an opportunity for a motivated clinician to step into a leadership role while continuing hands-on patient care—with profit sharing and potential equity/partnership. The physical therapist will be providing a variety of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, sport specific training, vestibular, and myofascial release.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

DPT or master’s in physical therapy
Active NY license (or eligible)
Ortho experience preferred
Leadership interest (experience a plus, not required)
