Job Description - Physical Therapist FT

Description

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

Full Time, Days

The Physical Therapist assesses patients and develops an age-appropriate treatment plan based on functional abilities. S/he adheres to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice.

Responsibilities

Develops Treatment Plans
Provides Patient Treatment
Collaborates with Rehab Team Members
Performs Training Duties as Assigned
Assists with Department Function

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree 
Experience: 0-2 yrs
License: LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
