We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our fully integrated multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic, serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a balanced caseload, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice.
 

Quick Highlights

• Outpatient Setting (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)

• Average of 8-12 Patients per Day

Position Overview

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Educate patients on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
