Physical Therapist | Full-Time

The Opportunity

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in Grandview, MO for a clinician who wants to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting with a collaborative team and a clear path for growth.

This role involves treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping them improve movement, manage pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily life with better function. The clinic sees patients ages 11 to 90, creating variety in the caseload and the chance to work with different stages of recovery.

Role Details

Location: Grandview, Missouri
Position: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
EMR System: WebPT
Clinical Team: 2 PTs and 2 PTAs
Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits per week
Patient Age Range: 11–90 years old
Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Salary

New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year
Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience

Schedule Options

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You Will Do

  • Complete evaluations and develop clear treatment plans
  • Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate PT interventions
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, gait training, and balance work
  • Help patients understand their recovery plan and home exercise program
  • Monitor patient response and adjust treatment when clinically needed
  • Document care in WebPT
  • Partner with PTAs and other team members to support patient outcomes
  • Help patients work toward improved function, independence, and daily movement


Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable treating patients across a wide age range
