Candidate

Minimum of 1 year PT experience preferably in a home health setting

Current and unrestricted license

Valid drivers license

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills

This position will serve patients primarily in the Noble and Guernsey County areas.
