At Advanced Physical Therapy's North Little Rock outpatient clinic, you'll work with a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-surgical patients, musculoskeletal injuries, balance and dizziness conditions, sports-related injuries, and individuals working to regain mobility and function. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated rehabilitation team while delivering individualized care in a patient-centered environment. Your Role:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and balance-related impairments.
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.
Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Current CPR certification.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
