At Haynes Physical Therapy, you'll work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Our therapists help patients recover from injury, manage pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Your Role:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
