On Time Talent Solutions is recruiting physical therapists interested in providing professional, high-quality therapy. Therapists will be encouraged to use a collaborative, patient-centered method that helps patients reach their maximum goals within a skilled nursing facility setting.

Physical Therapist â PT â Skilled Nursing Facility Responsibilities:

Predicts optimal level of improvement and the amount of time needed to reach that level

Designs, implements, and amends therapeutic interventions per discipline guidelines

Coordinates, communicates, and documents per program, regulatory and professional standards

Deliver quality care that is appropriate, efficient, and effective patient care meeting the customer's requirements

Collects data (patient/client past and current health status), system review, selection of tests and measures to elicit additional information

Makes clinical judgments based on data gathered in examination

Produces a therapy diagnosis

Includes patient and family in establishing goals of treatment

Physical Therapist â PT â Skilled Nursing Facility Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, doctorate preferred

Good interpersonal skills

Good organizational/time management skills

Licensed by the state
