Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough, MA is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team full-time. If you’re looking for a career where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your team has your back—this is it.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions
Collaborate closely with Physiatrists, Neurologists, OT/PT/SLP professionals, and other members of a truly multidisciplinary care team
Contribute to a culture of excellence, communication, and continuous learning
Support patients through recovery in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTCH), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), Transitional Care Unit (TCU), and select outpatient environments

What We’re Looking For:

Current Massachusetts license to practice Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in an inpatient or multidisciplinary care setting is a plus—but if you’re newer and eager to learn, we want to hear from you too
