Physical Therapist needed to treat an 8 year old student in a home setting $90hr

The mandate is 3-4x wk for 1hr... Flexible scheduling available am/pm

• Graduate of an accredited program
• Current state licensure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fingerprinted in NYS

Our ideal Provider is a NY State Licensed therapist. Most importantly we need someone who can work with minimal supervision, is upbeat, compassionate and customer oriented caregiver. We are seeking therapists that have home care experience.
