Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

Location: White Blossom
Compensation: $50 per hour
Schedule: PRN (as needed)
 

White Blossom is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for a flexible clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist with implementing individualized care plans to support patient recovery and mobility

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current, valid PTA license in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs

• Prior experience in a clinical or post-acute setting preferred
